    Application

    If features a sleek and attractive design. Its precision and versatility allow quick and easy determination of workpiece zero points and lengths. The probing can be performed in all axis directions (X/Y/Z) with identical resolution. AS soon as the pointer shows ”0”, the spindle axis stands precisely on the workpiece edge. The protection of the measuring unit is of topmost priority. For this purpose, large travel paths, limited by mechanical stops, have been integrated into the probing unit. The probing unit tip has a breaking point that is mounted near the top. If your 3D probes are damaged by the effect of an external force, a simple repair is economically possible.

    Tschorn 3D探測頭具有簡約、輕巧設計。其高精密度與多用途性,可快速拆裝,並且判讀工作原點與座標。各軸向(X/Y/Z)可共用一支探針,找尋水平與垂直方向之工作座標。當兩指針(長/短)均指出「0」時,即表示主軸中心線與工件量測邊對齊。安裝在3D探測頭的探針,若受到外力破壞,則探針會從斷裂點破裂,以保護3D探測頭本體,更換探針即可重新使用。

    Application

    To determine the position of workpiece surfaces or tool lengths in Z-direction at milling machines or lathes.

    The zero setter is placed on the workpiece. The spindle has to be moved carefully onto the tracer until the dial gauge indicators ” 0”.

    The reference dimension 100 mm to the workpiece has been reached.

    A safety spring range of max. 2mm is included.

    Zero setter TURNING 60 mm​

    Feature

    Zero setter with serial number and inspection certificate.

    Application

    To determine the position of workpiece or tool lengths within z-direction at milling machines or turning lathes. The zero setter is placed on the workpiece. The spindle has to be moved carefully to the tracer. The LED-signal indicates that the reference dimension 60 mm has been reached. A safety spring range of 2 mm is included. For horizontal applications, the magnetic version is available.

    Edge-finder mechanical

    Feature

    ●The approach reference surfaces or edges with a repeatability of 0.005mm.

    ●Be classified in Standard Type and Non-Magnetic Type. Hard chrome-plated tracer of Non-Magnetic Type is made from non-magnetic stainless steel.

    Operating

    ●The edge finder body can be slipt out from the axis centre by a gentle tip of the finger.

    ●By slowly and carefully approaching the rotating edge finder (Ca.500 rpm / min.) to the respective reference surface, the oscillation movement steadies successively.

    ●When reaching the final position the edge finder body passes along the edge. The position now corresponds to the radius of the tracer.

    ●If a conductive workpiece and the springed tracer touch, the electrical circuit is getting closed and a LED signal appears. Thus with a distance of 5 mm (= tracer radius Ø10) the workpiece‘s edge is reached.

    Application

    For accurate zero point determination and bore centers to the spindle with an accuracy of probing smaller than 0.010 mm.
